Paul's expertise in retail began in 1989 when he started working at his local tackle shop at the age of fourteen. In September 1996, at the age of twenty-two, Paul purchased this store. Since then, the store has grown substantially to accommodate the needs of both local and national and international customers. The store has changed location and has been extended to over 7 times its original size. Paul continues to successfully run Tackleworld Cranbourne and Tackleworld Mornington with his wife Cristy to this day.

 

Paul's business knowledge has seen him hold the position of board member of Tackleworld Australia since 1997.
